Our raw material is a composite material made by pressing re-cycled/discarded bamboo chopsticks together under high pressure along with a water-based resin, giving a natural and under-utilized resource a new life. We then craft them into a strong, sturdy, and thick slant board for training exercises like squatting, lunging, jumping, and exaggerating components of movements to take your training to a new level. Bamboo chopsticks share many of the high-performing traits of virgin bamboo:
  • Naturally anti-fungal and anti-bacterial
  • Water-repelling so they last longer than natural woods and don't require regular cleaning
  • Known to be the strongest wood on the planet
  • Our manufacturing process ensures each tile and the final product is durable and long-lasting.
Bamboo is also one of the fastest-growing wood grasses, making the resource a very sustainable wood material. This product is super heavy duty, weighing 8.5lbs for both plates combined. The laser-cut grip tape logo will prevent you from slipping on the boards while training. Because the boards are made of super strong bamboo or (alternatively) plywood, they are robust enough for your training, too. We have tested them on up to 500lb squats, repeated jumps, and we use these in our gym on the daily. Not only is this slant board much better quality than any others on the market, the double slant (front to back and in to out) makes them especially unique. Use them for exercises to favour ankle plantarflexion, dorsiflexion, pronation, or supination, or even get creative as use these as heel lifts under your bench press, under your hands for during push ups or handstands, or stretching (the calves for example!).
